How purchase & subscription work.
The straight story on what you pay, what it includes, and what happens when things change.
The subscription
Each store has one subscription, billed through Stripe: $20 per month, or $200 per year — the annual plan costs the same as ten months. Either way it unlocks the entire platform — the AI builder and store manager, unlimited products and orders, payments, shipping, inventory, analytics, staff and custom domains.
Both plans grant 100 AI credits to your store’s credit wallet every month — annual is billed once a year, but the credits still arrive monthly.
How credits work
Credits pay only for AI work. Your storefront, checkout and dashboard never spend credits — a shopper can browse and buy all day without using any.
If your balance runs out mid-month, shopping features keep working — your balance can go negative and is netted against your next monthly credit grant.
Credit packs
Need more than the monthly 100? Buy a credit pack from your dashboard anytime — about $0.20 per credit. Pack credits are added to your store’s wallet and stay there until used.
Renewal & payment
Subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose. You can switch between them at any time from your dashboard’s Account page: moving to annual charges the prorated difference straight away, and moving back to monthly turns the time you’ve already paid for into account credit. Manage your payment method, download invoices, or cancel from the same page.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime. Your store stays live until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that the storefront goes offline and the dashboard is limited until you reactivate — but your catalog, orders, customers and data are kept safe.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, on both the monthly and the annual plan, and we don’t prorate partial periods. Switching plans mid-period is not a refund: moving from annual to monthly converts the unused time into account credit against your future invoices. If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge after cancelling — contact support and we’ll make it right.
Store deletion & your data
Deleting a store starts a 30-day recovery window: the store goes offline immediately, but the owner can restore it — subscription and all — at any point in those 30 days. After the window ends, the store and its data are permanently deleted.
