Every store hosted by loving is run by an independent merchant, who is the seller of its products and the controller of its customers' data. loving hosts the store and provides its software; it is not the seller. Each store's own legal notice — linked from its footer — names the business behind it, and questions about an order, a return or a store's use of your data go to that store first.
