Good questions, straight answers.
Everything fashion brands ask before opening on loving — and a few things they ask after.
No. Describe your store in plain language and loving writes the code, designs every page, names the products and writes the copy. You shape the rest by chatting — no builders, templates or developers required.
You describe the store. loving proposes a short design brief — the look, voice and structure. Once you approve it, the agent writes every page of a real storefront, adds products and copy, and wires up checkout. Nothing is built until you approve the brief.
A first store is typically live within minutes of approving the brief. Every publish is a snapshot, so you can roll back to any earlier version instantly.
Yes. Launch on a free loving subdomain or connect a custom domain you own. Titles, metadata and sitemaps are generated automatically so your store is search-ready from day one.
The same chat runs the store: products and collections, pricing, discounts and gift cards, shipping zones and rates, inventory locations, branding, pages and navigation, languages, and bulk imports. Bigger or destructive changes are staged as proposals you approve before anything is committed.
$20 a month (or $200 a year) includes the entire platform plus 100 AI credits every month. Credits are spent only when AI works for you — building or editing the store, image edits, translations, writing help and your storefront’s shopping assistant. Most changes cost a fraction of a credit, and you can top up anytime.
Every loving storefront ships with a built-in AI assistant for your customers. Signed-in shoppers can ask about products and get recommendations as tappable cards, or ask about their own orders — tracking, delivery status, returns. You configure nothing.
Yes. Attach a Shopify export, CSV, XLSX or JSON file in chat. loving parses it, shows a preview of the products it found, and imports everything — variants, prices, inventory, collections and images — once you approve.
Yes. Choose the countries you sell to and set per-country prices, currencies, shipping and taxes. Your storefront adapts to each shopper’s location automatically.
Any language. English is your source; add and publish as many languages as you like, and let AI translate products, pages and storefront text in minutes. Each language gets its own URLs, hreflang tags and sitemap entries.
You connect your own Stripe account without leaving the dashboard, and customers pay you directly — loving facilitates the payment. Payouts, refunds and disputes are all managed from your dashboard. Standard Stripe processing fees and a small platform fee apply per transaction.
Define shipping zones and rates — including free-shipping thresholds — or pull live carrier rates and buy labels with tracking. Stock is tracked per location, with pick lists, barcode scanning, purchase orders, transfers and reorder alerts when you need them.
You can cancel anytime and your store stays live until the end of the paid period. After that, your storefront goes offline until you reactivate — but your catalog, orders and data are kept safe.
Top up with a credit pack anytime — about $0.20 per credit. Your storefront never stops selling: shoppers can browse, buy and use the assistant even while your balance is low.
Yes. Invite staff by email and control exactly what each person can see and do, with granular per-area permissions — orders, products, shipping, payments and more.
Yes — $200 a year instead of $240, so two months are free. You still get 100 AI credits every month, not all at once, and you can switch between monthly and annual anytime from your Account page. Switching to annual charges the prorated difference; switching back turns the time you’ve already paid for into account credit.
The Billing & credits page explains the subscription, credits, packs, renewal, cancellation and refunds in detail — and the Pricing page lists everything included. Both are linked in the footer.
